Two faced baby with unusual bonnet mechanism

This two faced composition baby doll measures 32 cm.  He has a cloth frog shaped body with composition lower arms.  With most multi-faced dolls, the faces are changed by rotating the head.  However this doll has a card frame over the head which would originally have been covered with wig or bonnet.  To change the face the doll is turned over and the bonnet flipped over the head.  I don't know which company made this doll, it not having any marks to identify it.
