Painted eye googly

This cute all bisque doll with sideways glancing eyes is a bit of mystery.  She has no markings on her to indicate where she was made or who made her.  She has quite a distinctive looking hairstyle.  If anyone knows who she is then please email me!  She measures 13 cm high, is jointed at arms and legs and her hands are moulded in a fist shape.  She has a turned head with quite a worried expression on her face!
