Mary Had a Little Lamb

This is an interesting cloth doll.  She looks to be commercially made however I can find no maker's mark on her.  Her painted face is quite distinctive - does anyone recognise this doll and know her made her?  The previous owner said she was from the 1920s.  Her body is made from cotton and her face is felt.  She wears her original outfit including felt hat and has the most adorable little lamb.  She is 33 cm tall.
