Kammer & Reinhardt rubber headed doll

This unusual Kammer & Reinhardt doll is 47 cm tall.  You normally find Kammer & Reinhardt dolls with bisque heads however this one has rubber head and hands.  The body is composition and in the flapper style, with the joints well above the knees so that she can wear short dresses.  Kammer & Reinhardt advertised rubber headed dolls in 1927 however either they didn't make very many or they didn't survive (rubber tends to deteriorate) as they are rarely seen.  This one has been well played with and her mohair wig is a replacement.  Clothing is also modern.

Marking on the back of her head.  You can just make out the K [star] R and Germany.
