Japanese celluloid two faced baby doll

This two faced baby doll measuring 22 cm is made of celluloid.  He is marked on his back with Japan, Pat No 30702 and is jointed at arms, legs and neck.  His baby suit with felt duck shapes on the front of it appears to be original.
