French cloth character

This cloth character doll with wired arms and legs is 28 cm tall.  Her facial features are handpainted and she has separately applied ears with beads sewn on for earrings.  Her outfit appears all original and she carries a plastic handbag with Paris on it.  She has a label on the back of her skirt that reads Creations Larrea Biarritz, Made in France.  I'm unsure as to her date of manufacture but her style of clothing is vintage and her face reminds me of the cartoon characters of the 1960s.
