J & P Coats paper doll

This paper doll is very charming.  She is double sided as well as having three faces on each side, a total of six faces!  She is well designed and can stand on her own.  The faces swivel around and two are always hidden by her puffy sleeves.  She comes with a spare outfit which has information printed underneath it indicating that she was a free gift when buying Coats cotton.  I believe she dates to the 1920s or earlier.  She measures 14 cm in height.
