Black (mulatto) all-bisque doll

This doll is one of my favourites.  She is 9 cm tall, has glass stationary eyes, closed mouth, little pate with glued on black hair and she has a swivel head (unlike most little bisque dolls that have stationary heads) with quite a slender body.  Maker is unknown but I suspect she's German.  If anyone knows anything about this particular type of doll perhaps you could let me know!  She has a cute little home-made outfit.
