Alt Beck & Gottschalck 639

This beautiful doll is only marked with 639 but can be attributed to the company of Alt Beck & Gottschalck of Germany and would have been made in the 1880s.  She has a turned shoulder head with dome head, closed mouth and beautiful blue eyes.  Her blonde mohair wig is original.  She wears her original blue silk dress which unfortunately is melting as the years go by.  She is 35 cm tall.
